Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Analyst with strong expertise in data correlation, visualization, and SQL to support our client, PB in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 8 9 years of professional experience working with enterprise data environments, bringing both technical depth and analytical insight to drive meaningful reporting and decision-making.
Need hands-on technical data engineer/analyst who can build, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data systems while supporting reporting and analytics hands-on SQL Data Architect / BI Developer
with deep SQL + SSIS + Power BI skills,
some Azure Data Factory exposure,
and the ability to optimize data pipelines, visualize data, and maintain secure data access. They need someone who can:
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Build and maintain ETL pipelines (SSIS)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Architect and optimize SQL Server databases and SSIS ETL pipelines for performance and scalability.
Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
Manage secure data access and compliance using Active Directory roles and policies.
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
Establish best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and model lifecycle management.
Communicate insights through compelling visualizations and executive-ready storytelling.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
Prefer technical lead or team lead experience.
Deep expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of Active Directory for role-based access control.
Architect and optimize SQL Server databases and SSIS ETL pipelines for performance and scalability
Ability to architect end-to-end data solutions and guide technical direction for complex data schemas
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric for cloud-based data orchestration
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
