We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting a leading client in the manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions that align with the client s business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP SD, coupled with experience in manufacturing environments, to optimize and support end-to-end sales and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales, distribution, and customer order processing.

Configure and customize SAP SD module to support business requirements including sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and invoicing.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, WM) to ensure seamless integration across modules.

Partner with stakeholders to design process improvements and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency.

Lead workshops and training sessions for business users and provide SAP SD expertise.

Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live and post-go-live activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with IT and business teams.

Prepare documentation including functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and user guides.

Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve SD processes aligned with manufacturing KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Strong experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and end-to-end implementation or rollout projects.

Strong understanding of sales order management, pricing, shipping, and billing processes in manufacturing.

Working knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, FI, and WM modules.

Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.

SAP S/4HANA SD experience.

Experience with project management and agile methodologies.

SAP Certification in SD module.

Exposure to global supply chain operations and logistics.
