We're hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect for a long-term opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in designing enterprise-scale solutions and driving end-to-end ServiceNow architecture in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Lead technical implementation for modules such as CMDB, GRC, Domain Separation, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integrations

Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architecture and workflows

Manage integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all implementations

Provide architectural guidance and resolve high-level technical issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience with ServiceNow architecture and development

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP)

Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and automation workflows

Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus
