Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Administrator with a strong background in server integration, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration and a proven track record of managing complex server and network integrations with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
- Server Integration: Lead and execute server infrastructure integration projects during M&A activities.
- System Assessments: Evaluate existing server environments and develop strategic integration plans.
- Data Migration: Plan and implement secure and efficient data migration processes.
- Network Configuration: Reconfigure and optimize network settings to support new server environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration procedures, configurations, and changes.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems are compliant with security standards and updated with the latest patches and monitoring tools.
- Post-Integration Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting following integration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Administration.
- Proven experience with server integration during mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows and Linux server environments
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Networking protocols and configurations
- Active Directory, Domain Trusts, and DNS
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes
Soft Skills
