Management Consultant

Our client is seeking a Management Consultant Network & Security to lead high-performing engineering teams delivering cutting-edge network solutions across enterprise clients. This is a project-focused, engineering leadership role not operations ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.

What You ll Be Doing

• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to a team of 2 6 senior network engineers.
• Lead the delivery of complex network and security projects, primarily focused on Cisco technologies.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to ensure solution alignment and technical excellence.
• Stay connected to the tech around 20% hands-on guiding complex designs and stepping in when needed.
• Partner with the Practice Director and other Managing Consultants to drive project success and team development.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Cisco networking (R&S, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or managing small technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing environments.
• Ideally, experience in a VAR or multi-client environment.

Bonus skills:

• SD-WAN (Cisco, Fortinet, Prisma)
• Firewalls (Cisco FirePower, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto)
• Automation/Scripting (Python, TCL)
