Job Details

The Senior Integrations Engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable
integrations between Client s platform and external systems such as HRIS, payroll, compliance, ERP,
and other SaaS platforms. This individual will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success
teams to ensure seamless data flows and optimize integration performance.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in integrations engineering, API development, or software engineering
with a focus on third-party system integrations such as Workday, Paycom, Paychecx, ADP, SAP,
JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud HCM, NetSuite, etc.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and message-based integrations (Kafka,
RabbitMQ, AWS SQS).
Proven track record of designing and implementing integrations for SaaS platforms (HRIS, ERP,
compliance, or financial systems experience is a plus).
Experience with ETL workflows and data transformation.

Skills:
Proficiency in .NET Core (8) and Python for integration development.
Strong knowledge of API security, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, Step
Functions).
Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Proficiency in integration platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, or Zapier is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):
AWS Certified Developer Associate or other cloud-related certifications.
Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platform certifications are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
