Position Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Developer (Level 3) with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. The ideal candidate will support ERP system integration, development, and data migration. This role requires strong experience with ETL processes, legacy system conversions, and third-party system integrations, along with adherence to SDLC best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing solutions using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, COBOL).

  • Design and implement Integration Broker solutions (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) for third-party system integrations.

  • Write advanced SQL/PLSQL for Oracle databases and Linux shell scripts for automation.

  • Leverage Application Workflow Engine (AWE) to streamline business processes.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical design documents.

  • Perform ETL-based data migration from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.

  • Collaborate with remote teams using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

  • Support testing, debugging, and documentation efforts.

  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain alignment with project timelines, including occasional after-hours work as needed.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with:

    • PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing modules.

    • PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, App Engine, COBOL, SQR).

    • Integration Broker (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).

    • Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Linux scripting.

    • Application Workflow Engine (AWE).

    • SDLC processes and technical documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).

  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the public sector (Federal/State/Local Government).

  • 2+ years of experience with state government financial systems or treasury programs.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, STAT, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
