We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They should have a strong healthcare background, communication and collaboration ability and an understanding of Technical analysis and or application architecture.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
- Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
- Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
- Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
- Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates.
qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows.
- Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.
- Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.
skills: Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in technical analysis or application architecture.
- Certifications in Java, App Script, or related technologies are a plus (not required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
