Job Description
- The Client is seeking an experienced API Implementation Specialist with expertise in integrating APIs within ADP, Workday, or UKG. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Group Benefits administration, including working with insurance carriers like Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem. This role involves managing API integrations and benefits workflows to ensure seamless data transfer and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead API integration within ADP, Workday, or UKG platforms.
- Manage integration with insurance carriers for group benefits administration.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline benefits processes.
- Provide client support and documentation for API and benefits-related processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in API integration (ADP, Workday, UKG).
- Familiarity with group benefits administration and major insurance carriers.
- Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
