Job Details
We are seeking Senior Functional Analyst to perform an analysis of the Client's Oracle PeopleSoft Financials & HRMS current-configuration state ("as-is"), which includes business processes as well as other system components, including integrations.
- Bachelor's degree and ability to pass a government background check.
- At least 10 years experience in supporting enterprise ERP and HRMS systems including hands-on knowledge of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts, Purchasing, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, business requirements, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in capturing, mapping, and analyzing business processes as practiced within Financial & HRMS systems.
- Ability to document workflows, pain points, integrations, and potential gaps in business processes, especially with a view toward system replacement.
- Excellent communication skills for working directly with SMEs, stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams. Capable of leading interviews, conducting workshops, and consolidating varied inputs
into standardized, actionable documentation.
- Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio, Word, Excel).
- Strong technical background including proficiency in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
- Experience with documentation and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, BI Publisher, and Adobe Suite.
