BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Opportunity Front-End Developer (Level II) 2
Position Title: Front-End Developer (Level II)
Location: Remote ( CST Candidates preferred)
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract
Job Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr.

*Key Responsibilities
Automation Development:
*Build and refine workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, Outlook, and SharePoint.
*Integrate Adobe Sign for digital signatures, payment processing, and automated document storage.
Data Analytics:
*Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize case metrics, compliance tracking, and legal spend.
*Consolidate and harmonize data from Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise data lakes.
AI Enablement:
*Collaborate on the design, training, and deployment of Copilot agents for document creation, summarization, and intake analysis.
*Support chatbot/Copilot knowledge base development.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years preferred (open to less with strong expertise in Microsoft tools).
Technical Skills:
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Power Automate workflow development
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard creation and optimization
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in focus on user experience (UX)
Top 3 Must-Haves:
*Minimum 3-5 years of expertise in Microsoft tools (Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate)
*Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver
*Strong UX design and implementation skills
