Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Oracle OIC and Boomi Integration Development Lead to join our dynamic team.
The role involves managing OIC and Boomi integration development activities for the Workforce Management (WFM) Integrations Team. The incumbent will provide leadership in the design and delivery of solutions, establish and implement cross-functional project teams. This position requires effective collaboration across departmental organizations to achieve stakeholder consensus. Additionally, it involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensuring that team activities align with those needs.

Responsibilities also include assisting the Unit Manager with personnel management as needed, managing projects that necessitate significant inter-organizational and intra-organizational coordination, and employing project management methodologies effectively alongside Project Managers and project management offices where applicable. Routine interaction with colleagues across various Mayo Group practices for virtual collaboration and partnership is expected. The incumbent may serve on institutional committees as a member, assistant secretary, or secretary, and may be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle OIC and Dell Boomi platforms.
Project Leadership: Lead integration projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and support.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless integration solutions.
Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in integration best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers in integration technologies and practices.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration solutions.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a full time remote position within the United States. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience including 3 years' of demonstrated leadership experience;
Or, Associates degree and 9 years' experience including 3 years' demonstrated leadership experience.Evidence of strong communication, organization, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including conflict resolution. Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes. Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations. Some experience with personnel management, resource allocation, coaching and mentoring.
Experience working in healthcare technology. Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications. Masters degree in applicable field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years of experience specifically with Oracle OIC and/or Dell Boomi.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, practices, and protocols.
Proven experience leading integration projects and teams.
Seasoned in Agile Delivery Methodology
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Oracle OIC and Dell Boomi certifications.
Agile Certifications
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
Experience with API management and governance.
Understanding of security best practices in integration.
