Senior/Principal Software Engineer--Go/K8's--Data Streaming

A pioneer in the video streaming space is looking to build out their engineering department after closing a new round of funding. You will be responsible for building scalable video streaming/data streaming platforms used by their clients.

A lot of orgs talk about the possibility of greenfield dev- all this opportunity provides is greenfield development. You'll have a huge impact on the bottom line of the business, as well as in the lives of consumers throughout the US.

Required Skills & Experience

• Developing platforms in Golang
• Significant experience in Kubernetes
• Significant experience with API Development (OpenAPI/RestAPI)
• Lots of experience with on-prem Kubernetes solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Data Streaming/Video Streaming
• Experience in a startup atmosphere
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team based environment
• SaaS Experience
• Experience developing solutions in Rust

• 100% Backend development

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% hands on individual contribution
• 20% systems/architectural design work
