Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer/Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer/Technical Lead to lead the development of scalable, cloud-based applications using.NET (including .NET 8). In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, ensure secure and efficient solutions, and contribute to key architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts and provide technical direction to teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET 8 and modern frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design/code reviews, and ensure adherence to security requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-location teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Engineering.
• Drive agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Modernize legacy applications and develop reusable components.
• Manage project tracking and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL).
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and T-SQL.
• 5+ years managing software projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitHub.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
• Exposure to AI technologies and integration of AI features.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
