Email and Push Marketing Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Contract Length: 3 months (W2)
Pay Rate: $55-$61/hour, depending on experience
Overtime: Up to 4 hours/week possible

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Email and Push Marketing Manager to support one of our clients, a leading global e-commerce and technology company. This role sits within the North America Stores (NAS) Marketing team and is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class email and push notification campaigns across various product categories and seasonal events.
Responsibilities:
- Research audience behavior and identify key customer segments.
- Design and implement annual email and push marketing strategies based on audience insights.
- Define campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage both manual and semi-automated email and push campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and UX to coordinate campaign content.
- Utilize audience segmentation tools to deliver personalized messaging.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including conversion rates and revenue impact.
- Use insights to improve and set up new automated campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical and UX teams to build testing roadmaps.
- Create documentation for processes, A/B testing, and successful campaign promotions.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing email and push marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in audience analysis and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Experience developing documentation and process roadmaps for marketing operations.
- Familiarity with campaign automation tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
