• Design and Develop Advanced Automation Solutions: Create, configure, and test complex UIPath workflows and automations to meet critical business needs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on the UIPath platform, including RPA, AI, Document Understanding, and machine learning capabilities.
• Project Delivery: Lead and contribute to technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to established standards.
• Collaboration and Support: Partner with business analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, support UAT testing, and provide ongoing production support.
• Innovation and Optimization: Leverage emerging UIPath technologies, including GenAI and machine learning, to enhance automation processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Database Management: Utilize SQL for database configuration, query writing, and troubleshooting.
• Security Implementation: Plan and maintain security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in UIPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation development.
• Proven expertise in UIPath Studio Web, Apps, Document Understanding, Orchestrator, AI Center, Data Service, and Integration Service.
• Strong SQL skills, including database configuration and query development.
• Experience with Python is highly preferred.
• UIPath Certified Developer certification is required.

• Experience utilizing UIPath GenAI, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM) is highly desired.
• Familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
