Job Title:Product Owner (IWMS / Lease Management)
Location: Philadelphia, DC, or NYC
Overview
This position will be a technical product owner for our newly procured Lease management/Integrated Workplace Management System. They will serve as a liaison between the selected vendor and our business customers in Client Real Estate and Facilities. They will be responsible for data configuration, and coordinating between the vendors and the Client business. Ensuring that the requirements in the statement of work are achieved and monitors vendor performance. This requires knowledge of Lease Management, IWMS/CMMS, and associated data hierarchies. Experience with similar systems to IBM Maximo, Tririga, Tango, Manhattan, or similar IWMS systems is preferred (client has not selected a vendor yet).
