Team (Project) Introduction
9thWay Insignia is looking for a Program Manager to work with the Veterans Administration (VA) to support the Office of Inspector General (OIG), requirement for comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft's application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.
Professional Level Information
A Program Manager will align within 9th Way Insignia as a Level (4H) Manager. A Hybrid Manager at 9th Way Insignia accomplishes department objectives by managing staff and processes and evaluating department activities. Focuses on leading a team and working hands-on with projects involving technology. Hybrid Managers require skills and qualifications such as exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range
$101,188 - $150,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct analysis and evaluations to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data, develop metrics, and generate reports to measure program outcomes and impact.
- Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams to address program-related technical challenges and opportunities.
- Manage program-related data, including data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key program metrics, trends, and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with program stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to promote collaboration, share insights, and drive decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration/Management, Information Technology desirable)
- Proven experience in managing medium sized programs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- In-depth experience developing and maintaining project schedules, to include Work Break-Down Structures, using tools such as Microsoft Project
