Scope of Work
- The client is looking for a development team who can develop an interactive augmented reality avatar that is capable of answering voter registration questions by leveraging the 8th Wall platform and ChatGPT. Ideally, the development team will be able to provide personality and sentiment in the AI interface. The voter registration answers will be pulled from a Client database and State voter registration website.
- The AI should build on grounding developed by the County to limit response parameters.
- The interactive AI 8th Wall voter information avatar needs to be developed, tested, and launched by mid-August 2024 to ensure usability before the November 2024 election and the September 2024 voter registration deadlines
Skills Required:
- Experience and knowledge developing augmented reality applications with A-Frame, Blender or other 3D Modelling Software, and 8th Wall or similar
- Experience and knowledge developing interactive, public- facing chatbots or similar using ChatGPT, including grounding parameters and creating appropriate conversational tone.
