Salary Range: $100,000 - $210,000

Experience Required:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a health-related field
- 5 years of experience in QA/PI hospital management
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN)

Certifications:
- Must hold current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law
- CPHQ certification or eligibility to take the exam within 2 years of employment

Responsibilities:
1) Lead Quality / Performance Improvement activities throughout the hospital.
2) Integrate Quality / Performance Program activities for Medical and Hospital-wide Staff.
3) Manage data and reporting for Quality / Performance Improvement initiatives.
4) Oversee Quality / Performance Improvement department and staff.
5) Ensure compliance with all HIPAA policies and procedures, including minimum requirements for the DCQI position.

Preferred Licenses:
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Certification in Professional Risk Management and/or Healthcare Quality within 3 years of hire.
