I ve had a chance to review the ones forwarded with a few as potentials to consider. For one the programs that I will be involved with, I still need to work with our business development and the customer to ensure we understand the full context of their requirements taking the next step to interview the candidates.

The key is having more resumes with Synopsys SOC PD implementation tools experience as our customers expects who we subcontract to be equiv. to Synopsys employees. They should have solid experience with the following Synopsys Tools/Flows:

• Synopsys Fusion Compiler (Synthesis through full Place & Routing (Clocking, & Physical Verification)
• Synopsys PrimeTime/StarRC for Timing Closure & Sign-off
• Synopsys ICV for PV (Physical Verification DRC/ERC/LVS/PERC)
• Ansys Redhawk SC (For IR analysis for static & dynamic) This one is an industry standard

There were several resumes with Cadence Innovus experience you provided recently that won t work unless they ve fully up to speed on Synopsys FC/ICC2 without the need for ramp-up. Will keep you posted over the next week 1.5 2 weeks once I have additional information.
