Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of engineering solutions to esteemed clientele, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network solutions using Software Defined Access (SDA), including components like LISP and micro-segmentation.
  • Provide expertise in the deployment and troubleshooting of the Catalyst 9000 Switch Family, including models like 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, and 9600.
  • Develop and maintain network routing protocols, specifically IPv4/IPv6, BGP, and IS-IS/OSPF.
  • Assess and enhance network performance to meet client requirements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in network technology and introduce innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Software Defined Access (SDA) and related technologies.
  • Strong background in deploying and troubleshooting the Catalyst 9000 Switch Family.
  • Proficient in IPv4/IPv6 Routing protocols including BGP, IS-IS/OSPF.
  • Desirable experience with IPv4/IPv6 Multicast.
  • Optional skills in Scripting/DevOps, including Python, Ansible, and Robot framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.


Pay Range: $72.00 - $75.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
