Job Description
- Pega RPA: Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and managing automation solutions using Pega Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
- RPA Development: Proficient in designing and deploying bots and automating business processes with Pega Robotics.
- System Integration: Knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with various systems, applications, and third-party tools.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong ability to debug and optimize RPA processes for improved performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and ensure efficient automation solutions.
Must-Have:
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots.
- Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems.
- Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology.
Good-to-Have
- Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.
- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
