Description

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to oversee and lead complex projects within our organization. This role involves directing multiple initiatives from initial analysis to implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. As part of a long-term contract opportunity, you will play a critical role in driving project success and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate project scope and direction by assembling teams, assigning tasks, and identifying resource needs.
Develop and maintain project schedules while managing activities to meet strict deadlines.
Establish and promote effective communication channels within the team and with organizational leadership.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress, including budgets, proposals, designs, and strategies.
Facilitate team meetings and ensure proactive problem resolution during all project phases.
Design and implement a cost-effective and efficient project organizational structure.
Instruct, direct, and oversee the work of team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Lead decision-making processes and maintain a positive approach to address project challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Project Management certification with at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects.
Proven expertise in project life cycle management and methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing diverse project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate and facilitate meetings of varying sizes.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications include FLMI, LOMA 100, and LOMA 200 certifications.
