As we look forward to the next 45 years, LMS is searching for a Service Coordinator to add to its growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a small group responsible for supervising and maintaining the daily schedules for our team of 30+ network engineers. He or she will be receiving inbound client requests for service, via email and phone, then scheduling service calls using our ticketing system. The role of Service Coordinator is key to keeping all network engineers moving throughout the day, maintaining their daily calendars, scheduling parts received to be installed, escalating issues as needed to more senior service team members, and generating reports at the end of each day. Excellent communication, documentation and decision making skills are required. The successful candidate will be someone who is a quick thinker, has a calm disposition and a customer service background. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all company services are provided in a professional, timely and high-quality manner. We process a high volume of service requests throughout the day and no schedule is ever set in stone as we respond to our client requests. He or she will have the ability to successfully interact with a diverse group of customers and employees in a fast-paced environment while maintaining company standards for high levels of customer service. Knowledge of computer/networking terminologies and basic processes is necessary to be successful in this position and you must have some knowledge of driving/traveling around Long Island, the 5 boroughs and the tri-state area. A strong emphasis will be placed on candidates with previous technical or managed services experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to contribute and advance. Experience with ConnectWise PSA is a plus.
