Responsibilities:
Ensure all Regulatory Leads enter rebranding data accurately into RegDesk System
Follow up on ad-hoc requests and tasks as they arise
Assist in preparing agendas and slides for upcoming meetings
Manually update statuses in the regulatory KPIs when necessary
Track action items from weekly discussions
Serve as a backup when lead PM is not available
Support communication, including "change notification forms" and weekly newsletters
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft applications, (Excel formulas, Power BI, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear concise manner
Demonstrated project management skill set and/or certification (e.g. PMP)
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Demonstrated operational and strategic mindset that is results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality
Excellent organizational, prioritization, oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience in project/program management, product commercialization, regulatory/quality assurance, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadership
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (5) years of experience in project/program management, product commercialization, regulatory/quality assurance, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadership
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
