Job Details
Join a dynamic team as a Web UX Designer, where you'll create engaging and impactful digital experiences. This role offers a chance to transform marketing requirements into compelling designs that align with brand standards and drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes and prototypes that prioritize usability and align with visual design standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate marketing requirements into meaningful web interactions.
- Contribute to the design system by documenting design processes and decisions.
- Apply user research and testing insights to enhance user experience.
- Communicate effectively across various organizational levels to ensure alignment and project success.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Understanding of user research and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React and Material UI.
- Familiarity with enterprise web content management tools like Sitecore.
- Skills in prototyping and animating with tools such as Webflow and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Storybook for design system documentation.
