What you will do:
You will provide a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall Field IT incident & service request resolution. You will also provide support and delivery of Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives.
How you will do it:
- Hardware installation and support; PCs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices
- Software support
- End-point vulnerability remediation
- Enterprise and BU project demand (planned and unplanned)
- Tech Hut services
- PC Lifecycle Management including asset management tasks
- Local infrastructure service support (Server, network, and VOIP)
- On-site Smart Hands (support and liaison with 3rd party & internal JCI Support teams)
- Local Mobile Administration
- IT procurement
- Access management (network share)
- Local IT security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)
- Assist compliance teams with audit tasks
- Satellite office support
- Vendor management
- Deliver field IT Services in accordance with SLT's using Service Management toolset
- Proactive customer communication and focus
What we look for:
Required
- 6 years field or IT support
- Networking knowledge
- Cisco knowledge
- Ability to routinely lift 20-50 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to regional sites
Preferred
- 2 year degree in IT, IS or a related field
