Job Details

Role: Program Manager

Location: Billerica MA (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Execution:
    • Developing and managing program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Budget Management:
    • Creating and managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicating program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Resource Management:
    • Allocating and managing resources, including people, time, and budget, across multiple projects.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Ensuring coordination and alignment between different projects within the program.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Tracking program progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensuring that program deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

Skills required:

  • More than 10 Years of experience as Project/Program manager and has worked with C level executives
  • Proficiency with relevant program management software and tools
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage key stakeholders
  • Past experience working with C suite executives
