We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead Business-to-Business (B2B) implementation and transformation projects. This role requires a unique blend of strong project management skills, deep functional expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and the technical ability to perform hands-on configuration and support when needed.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring project success from initiation to post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles (planning, execution, monitoring, closure), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management methodologies such as SAP Activate or Agile.
· B2B Project Expertise: Manage specific complexities of B2B projects, which may involve working with the SAP Business Network, configuring Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, and ensuring seamless integration with external partner systems.
· SAP SD/OTC Functional Experience: When required, perform hands-on SAP SD configuration . Needs to have experience with SAP Value Contracts and assortment modules.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
· Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is developed, maintained, and that solutions comply with internal guidelines and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple, full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including B2B projects.
· SAP Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the SAP SD/OTC module and its integration points with MM and FI/CO.
· Technical Proficiency: Ability to perform hands-on configuration in SAP SD and a strong understanding of technical aspects like IDOC management and custom developments.
· Project Management Certification: PMP, SAP Certified Project Manager (CPM), or an equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
· Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes and the ability to map real-world scenarios to SAP solutions.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
