• Ability to analyze data, metrics (to assess program performance), and complex situations, identify root causes, and make informed decisions and program adjustments as needed.

• Ability to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor the various programs for risks.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment and maintenance of Compliance Management standards, procedures, and reporting
• Develop and drive action plans to achieve and maintain Compliance Program Maturity
• Lead or support the inventory and maintenance of regulatory requirements, including confirmation of compliance owners, and mapping to guidance documents, controls, and risk rankings
• Perform compliance gap assessments and provide guidance to Requirement/Risk Owners for mitigation plans
• Provides expertise to leadership and cross-functional teams regarding development, implementation, and monitoring of controls and mitigation plans.
• Support the development and implementation of Electric s Compliance Controls Program
• Lead or support the development and implementation of Shared Compliance Program
• Maintain or support the Electric Compliance Management Communications & Training Plan
• Develop and provide compliance related best practice training and training materials
• Drive process improvements learned from benchmarking and peer-to-peer reviews
• Conduct quality reviews on programmatic compliance activities
• May act as team lead but does not have any direct reports.

Prefer:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience
