Job Details
As a Training Developer for UKG, your role likely involves creating, designing, and implementing training materials and programs for users of UKG software products.
- Ability to create engaging learning content (courses, workshops, etc.) that meets specific learning outcomes with experience in the following areas:
- Creation of technical job aids for end user audiences (employees, managers, manager support roles) in Microsoft Word.
- Development of videos for process content and system instructions (Camtasia/Captivate) with voiceover and subtitles
- Construction of Computer Based Training (CBTs) in Articulate Storyline with supportive graphics, voiceover and subtitles
- Independent developer with ability to adjust materials based on directive feedback in a timely manner
- Optional but recommended: Experience in creating training materials for a healthcare system with an understanding of basic culture, nuances and regulatory standards.
