Service Desk Specialist - Corporate IT Support
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00AM-8:00PM
Location: Catonsville, MD - 2 days remote and 3 days onsite
Job Summary:
We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join our remote IT support team. In this role, you'll provide technical assistance to corporate users across the U.S., resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced, single point-of-contact help desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle 30-40 support interactions daily; average call time ~7 minutes
  • Achieve a 75% first-call resolution rate
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Outlook, Word (formatting & troubleshooting), NetDocuments (DMS), and mobile devices
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or Ivanti
  • Act as a customer advocate and collaborate with team members to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Must have prior corporate IT helpdesk experience
  • 1-2 years in a help desk or call center environment
  • Experience supporting remote users and work-from-home setups
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, VPNs, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and domain hierarchy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
