Seeking Senior Azure CLOUD Infrastructure Architect Engineer with 10-20+ years of working experience.

Must be excellent with Azure DataBricks, Python and PySpark and SparkSQL. 

Seeking senior candidates to work Hybrid model onsite in Jersey City, NJ. Please note only senior candidates with 10+ years of working experience are being considered. This is a CORP to CORP role and 3rd party consultants are considered.

Full infrastructure stack and lifecycle experience with enterprise DNS and load balancing, DMZ application behavior including firewall connectivity and external interfaces, Identity and Access management (IAM), domain controllers, security controls for the Public cloud, monitoring tools and agents, OS images and hardening, distributed and parallel file systems including disk encryption, and software installation, configuration and patching is highly desired. The ideal candidate would have a developer background and experience in automation and scripting with hands on experience with Azure Resource Manager, ARM Templates, Azure Policies, Python and Terraform"

Job Responsibilities:

"Application Infrastructure & Middleware (AIM) Public Cloud is a diverse platform team that knows how software is built, configured, and deployed. We write services, plugins, and agents. We configure, automate, and run many infrastructure and Docker clusters, centralized logging platform based on ELK, docker registries and Prometheus stack for monitoring). We understand middleware and infrastructure and provide the tools and services that allow developers to run their applications. Additionally, our on-boarding, engagement and support teams help developers understand and use the platform

As a Cloud Engineer you will join the public cloud and colocation hosting team as a Cloud Engineering Generalist. The engineer will be part of the team leading the design, engineering and development of the bank s global platform to cloud service providers.

The role requires deep expertise in the large scale enablement of public cloud environments in Azure for a highly regulated organization (bank, pharma, etc). Specific experience and expertise related to the governance of public cloud environments using Management Groups, Blueprints and Policies is required. Specific experience in configuring policies restricting the use of Azure public cloud service offerings to conform to regulations and firm policies is required.

The role requires expertise including hands-on experience with server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing to architect and maintain high availability production systems in both a Private data center and Public/Private Cloud environments. Experience with secure, infrastructure deployment in the cloud using Agile and DevOps concepts is highly desired. " Designing scalable infrastructure platforms. You ll be a part of the designing of our next generation cloud platform to meet the growing needs of the business

  • Programming the data center. You ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software the will be responsible for the dynamic management of our data centers
  • Supporting our internal customers. You ll be responsible for providing technical guidance and know how to our internal teams on how to best leverage the cloud services available to them
  • Triaging infrastructure issues. You ll be part of the level three triaging team that will provide support for cloud infrastructure issues that affect our fleet of robots. "
