Position: Project Manager Configure-to-Order (CTO)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Configure-to-Order (CTO) expertise to oversee implementation, enhancement, and optimization of CTO processes across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle applications, system configuration, and end-to-end CTO workflows, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capability.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oversee system enhancements, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop user documentation, functional design specifications, and test cases.
- Conduct project status meetings, stakeholder updates, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data standards, system integrity, and operational excellence.
