Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to join a Financial Services company located in Durham, NC. The Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements elicitation and requirements management in the healthcare space.

- Manage multiple large initiatives at once.
- Work independently.
- Familiar with assumptions, dependencies, defining what is in and out of scope.
- That has used various tools and techniques to meet with stakeholders and document their business needs.
- To have the ability to take a vague scope statement (or need for something) and break it down to a level that is clear (SMART) and organized.
- To have the ability to ask the right level of questions to get to the right level of detail in order for those requirements to be clear for a technical resource to design and build a solution to satisfy the business need.
