Job Title: Sr Enterprise Data Solutions Architect

Location: Tallahassee, FL-Hybrid

Duration: Long term

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to the EDAP project.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Champion data architecture best practices and lead implementation efforts.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure data governance and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Data Warehousing & Modeling:
  • 5+ years of experience in modeling, engineering, implementing, and supporting both normalized and dimensional data warehouses.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • 7+ years in data modeling (ER, Logical, Conceptual, and Physical models), including data profiling, reverse engineering, schema-on-read/write, and advanced proficiency with Erwin.
• Cloud-Based Data Engineering:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, engineering, and supporting cloud-based data lakes using AWS S3 and Apache tools (e.g., Parquet).
  • 2+ years of experience building Lakehouse structures (e.g., Delta Lake, Hudi, Iceberg) using Databricks.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering within AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Data Pipelines and Integration:
  • 5+ years of experience with data pipeline/integration tools for ETL, CDC, streaming, data mapping, quality, and enrichment.
  • Required experience with Informatica IDMC tools: CDI, CDQ, CDP, and Cloud Data Ingestion.
• Programming & Automation:
  • 3+ years of experience in Python or similar high-level object-oriented languages.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda is preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps, testing, QA, and acceptance practices including best practices, tools, and automation.
• Metadata Management & Cataloging:
  • 2+ years of experience with metadata management and using data catalogs to support data Lakehouse operations and machine learning.
• Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM):
  • 2+ years implementing/supporting Informatica IDMC (Cloud) for MDM and RDM , including Customer and Reference 360 SaaS.
• Analytics & BI Tools:
  • 4+ years supporting cloud-based BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, and secure data warehouse connections.
• DevOps & QA: 2+ years of DevOps experience and testing/quality assurance practices.
• Data Science and Machine Learning Platforms:
  • 2+ years working with Dataiku or similar tools for statistical model life-cycle management, machine learning, and analytics.
• Database Systems:
  • 5+ years of experience with relational (row/column store) and NoSQL (Document, Graph, Vector, Key-Value) databases.
• Communication & Documentation:
• Strong verbal, written, and diagramming skills to articulate data solutions and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
