Description:
As a Database Engineer, you will be applying your software development , Server and automation skills to develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve record keeping rep facing application.

Project Details: Outside carrier - core keeping system - moving data from PowerBI to Snowflake

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
3+ years of development experience in Database Development

Writing SQL queries and debugging stored procedures within an Oracle environment.

Experience in migrating On-Prem relational databases to AWS RDS (Oracle), Aurora, Redshift, Dynamo DB (or similar)

Experience in implementing AWS Lambda Architecture

Design and Build Production data pipelines from Ingestion to consumption with Big Data Architecture using AWS S3, Kinesis, Glue, Lambda and Python

Understanding of data transformation processes to AWS Data Lake / Snowflake

Provide Detail assessment of current state of data platform and create transition path to AWS Cloud

AWS Certification is highly desired

Knowledge of Informatica and/or ETL tools

Experience Requirements:
Define, maintain, and support our enterprise products

Perform troubleshooting and triaging in Assist in production and nonproduction environment

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
