o Build and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps).
o Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
o Configure REST messages and OAuth profiles for secure API integrations.
ISC Service Catalog Integration
ServiceDesk Integration
Identity Governance Connector
o Automate user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and entitlement governance.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
o Guide junior developers and cross-functional teams.
o Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and code reviews.
o Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with ITIL standards.
Support & Documentation
o Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
o Maintain detailed documentation and ensure audit compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with:
o REST Message & OAuth Configuration
o Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
o Service Catalog & ITOM
o Client Scripts & Business Rules
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, IAM, RBAC, and SSO concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CAD/CSA and/or SailPoint certifications.
Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
