Responsibilities
Document all US functional and technical requirements for new features and requested changes, based on business rules provided by the digital team and relevant divisions, and based on technical input from software architects and 3rd parties
Align functional and technical requirements and specification with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Development stakeholders and 3rd party vendors as required
Submit final functional and technical requirements for sign off with the project manager and software architect, respectively
Review and sign off on QA strategy and test cases created for each new feature/change request
Support the QA team with testing new functionality
Help coordinate launches of new features with involved parties
Train business stakeholders on new features or services
Proactively keep project team informed of progress and status
Update feature documentation to reflect final implementation status and subsequent changes
Participate in backlog reviews and influence prioritization of new requests
Work collaboratively at all times ensuring that communication style is consistent, clear and open

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital(Front End and Back End) and Integration Technologies
- Experience working using Agile methodology and in fast paced environment
- Experience working with eCommerce systems (Ideally hybris) and back end integrations e.g. with fulfillment, CRM, or back end reporting systems
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to quality and operational excellence
- Technical Skills: JSON, XML, Postman, Google Cloud Development Ecosystem
- Familiarity of Salesforce marketing cloud platform
