We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to join our team as an Analytics Consultant. This role blends data science and analytics expertise with a deep understanding of data center operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data center metrics and a strong command of Python, SQL, and A/B testing methodologies.

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to join our team as an Analytics Consultant. This role blends data science and analytics expertise with a deep understanding of data center operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data center metrics and a strong command of Python, SQL, and A/B testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scale
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize data center processes and performance
- Build scalable analytics solutions to support decision-making across infrastructure teams
- Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define and track key metrics
Key Metrics:
- Server utilization and uptime
- Energy efficiency and cooling performance
- Hardware failure rates and predictive maintenance indicators
- Deployment timelines and throughput
- Cost per compute unit and resource allocation efficiency
Tools:
- Programming: Python, SQL
- Data platforms: Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
- Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Experimentation: A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling tools
Qualifications:
- Experience working with data center or infrastructure-related datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and conduct experiments
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, technical environments
