Job Title: Ms CRM Lead Location: Remote (occasional onsite in Middletown, PA)

Description of Duties

The Solution Architect will lead the design, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CE and D365 applications within the UBOS project. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development, with a strong focus on leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and the Power Platform to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze PTC s current and desired Microsoft CE applications and configurations.

  • Design, architect, and build a delivery roadmap aligned with PTC s goals.

  • Mentor and manage CRM and full-stack developers.

  • Ensure successful delivery of CRM, portals, and web applications under UBOS.

  • Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends and represent PTC in stakeholder meetings.

  • Architect, configure, and customize Microsoft CE solutions to meet business needs.

  • Lead data migration into Microsoft CRM and support middleware/ERP/payment integrations.

  • Document all technical/functional designs, diagrams, test plans, and lessons learned.

  • Provide consultative guidance and ensure compliance with PTC standards and security policies.


Minimum Experience

  • 10+ years of Microsoft CE application implementation.

  • 10+ years developing CRM apps with .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, Reporting Services.

  • 5+ years as a Microsoft-certified FastTrack Solution Architect.

  • 2+ years leveraging Azure AI services and Machine Learning for D365 CE.

  • Delivered 2+ FastTrack-certified projects and at least 1 AI-enhanced CRM solution.

  • Experience with Dynamics Contact Center deployments and training teams on AI tools.

  • Strong background in data migration to Microsoft CRM and integrations with ERP and data repositories.

  • Hands-on experience with high-volume contact center apps, IVR, ChatBOT, portals, and mobile apps.

  • Proficiency in Human-Centered Design, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure DevOps Testing Module.


Required Skillset

  • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or CE FastTrack Solution Architect.

  • Expertise in D365 CE/Power Platform with AI/ML-based business application development.

  • Integration experience with SAP ERP, payment gateways, digital wallets, IVR, ChatBOTs, and omnichannel environments.


Desired Skillset

  • Experience in Enterprise Business Solutions, especially SAP.

  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM methodologies.


Certifications / Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Microsoft MVP in Business Applications/Customer Experience/Power Apps/CoPilot Studio preferred.

  • 5+ years as a Microsoft-certified Solution Architect.

  • Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent AI/ML certifications.

  • Microsoft Dynamics-related certifications.
