Retail Capabilities Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Retail Capabilities Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:
* Retail Capabilities Analyst will work with the Director to create and maintain BI tools that support Retail Sales teams
* Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivered tools meet expectations
* Combine data from various sources (SQL databases, Excel, csv, etc.) into a single data model
* Demonstrate high standards for creating efficient, performant and accurate solutions
* Publish Power BI tools in Retail Analytics, Commercial Analytics, and/or Hero Analytics Power BI applications
* As a Retail Capabilities Analyst, you will collaborate with peers across Commercial Growth, Retail Sales and BeerTech to learn and share best practices
* Attend and support weekly Commercial Tech Capabilities PMOs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, S.T.E.M., or related field
* Experience with a programming language (object-oriented or database language); SQL preferred
* Willingness to learn new -hard- skills on the job and understanding the Industry
* Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements
* Demonstrated ability to deliver technical products or projects
* Available to work in the office a majority of the week with the rest of the team

Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business/Data Analytics
* 1+ year working with Python, SQL, and/or Power BI
* Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
* Working knowledge of Azure platform and capabilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
