Senior Technical Project Manager:
Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and schedules to drive execution across multiple workstreams.
Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
Organize sprints, backlog grooming, PI planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
Maintain RAID logs, escalate blockers early, and implement mitigation strategies.
Align engineering, security, network, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
Monitor budget burn, validate milestone completion, and support invoicing documentation.
Capture decisions, outcomes, and best practices to strengthen governance and delivery models going forward.
