Accounts Payable Specialist
On-site | Folsom, CA (On-site 5 days/week for first 6 months, then hybrid 3 days/week)

What you get to do:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable: invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication

  • Monitor AP email inbox and reconcile 20+ daily invoices, 200+ monthly credit card transactions

  • Maintain vendor records and conduct credit checks

  • Handle reconciliations for credit cards, bank accounts, and vendor statements

  • Assist with 1099 processing and ensure AP compliance with company policies

  • Work closely with purchasing and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment cycles

  • Support internal audits and assist with financial reporting and P/L discrepancy resolution

  • Contribute to documentation and improvement of AP-related procedures

What you need to succeed:

  • NetSuite experience is a must

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage high-volume workload, and handle sensitive financial data

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and act on feedback

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable attitude

  • Career-minded with at least 2 years of interest in the role
