Job Title: Product Owner Lead

Job Description:
  • The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients who visit for routine health needs or important diagnostic services.
  • They draw high-quality blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
  • They create an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explain procedures clearly, and perform blood collection safely and accurately.
  • They perform daily duties under the direction of the area supervisor, maintain a safe and professional environment, manage specimen collection and processing tasks, maintain documentation, and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
  • Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures.
  • Maintain required records and documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational commitment and professionalism.

Qualification And Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
