Title: Digital Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN(Hybrid)
Duration: 18+ months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst to join the Digital Product Analytics team. This role is responsible for analyzing and visualizing data from multiple sources to deliver clear, actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset and a strong background in Adobe Analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication. The analyst will work closely with teams across fundraising, marketing, and digital products to identify trends and optimize user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance visualizations using Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
- Analyze user behavior across multiple digital touchpoints (website, media, SEO/SEM, email, and creative).
- Create compelling data narratives that communicate insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Report performance narratives in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and visual clarity.
- Perform cohort and clickstream analysis to support retention, engagement, and conversion strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a data-informed culture and support fundraising optimization.
- Maintain and automate reporting for executive leadership using Tableau or other tools.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 4+ years of direct Adobe Analytics experience (Workspace; reporting, dashboard creation, insights)
- Hands-on knowledge of eVars, props, and events within Adobe Analytics
- Ability to communicate technical findings through clear data stories and actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated experience analyzing digital user behavior and providing strategic insights
- Familiarity with automating dashboards for non-technical or executive audiences
- Local to Memphis (REMOTE NOT ALLOWED)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital product environments with a product outcome mindset
- Prior use of Adobe Target or other A/B testing tools
- Visualization experience using Tableau or Power BI (Tableau preferred but optional)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with both 1st and 3rd party data sources across channels
Candidate Profile Should Include:
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience identifying discrepancies between Adobe Workspace and clickstream data
- Clear examples of business impact from analytics projects
- Confidence in presenting to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
