Summary for Network Architect:

Our client is seeking a Sr. Network Architect to lead the modernization and expansion of enterprise-wide network infrastructure supporting over 300 locations across North America. This senior-level role will focus on large-scale SD-WAN deployments, Wi-Fi modernization in warehouse and distribution environments, and network transformation initiatives that drive security, scalability, and automation. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a strong strategic mindset, deep network engineering knowledge, and experience leading high-performing teams.

Job Qualifications for Network Architect:

• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and SD-LAN technologies across multi-site, distributed networks (300+ locations ideal)
• Deep experience with Cisco wireless and switching technologies, especially in warehouse and distribution center environments
• Demonstrated ability to design, document, and implement scalable, high-availability network solutions
• Proven track record leading network transformation projects with complex technical and operational requirements
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and secure network architecture principles
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment, leading technical initiatives across diverse teams
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid network architectures
• Familiarity with network automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code
• Advanced certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, or relevant cloud networking certifications
• Background in AI-driven networking tools, observability platforms, or network-as-code frameworks
• Prior experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, PCI, HIPAA)
