Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant to provide L2 application support for our client in the heavy equipment manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP CS processes and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for SAP CS module issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors and user problems.
- Work closely with business users to understand and resolve functional issues.
- Support standard CS processes such as service orders, notifications, warranties, repairs, and service contracts.
Required Skills & Experience
- years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in L2 application support and incident management.
