Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Leader to manage a portfolio of projects effectively. This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and drive successful project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams, fostering innovation and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Define and communicate clear goals and metrics for program success.
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular briefings and status updates for executive sponsors and steering committees.
  • Enhance the organization's project management methodologies and frameworks.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing complex programs from conception to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Self-directed leadership with a focus on achieving results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and drive results in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in mentoring and motivating team members through change management initiatives.
